Military Homeowner’s Assistance Program – Extended HAP
The funds are allocated to provide benefits to military and civilians. See the previous post on the Homeowners Assistance Program on our website to learn specific program details.
Effective immediately, HAP applications will be processed only from the Savannah District. If you have applied for HAP benefits or appealed an eligibility decision from either the Sacramento or Fort Worth Districts, your file has been or will be transferred to Savannah. All questions should be directed to the Savannah office at:
